List of required documents for the importation of newborn chickens and ducks for breeding purposes, and fertilized eggs
1. To get an import permit, all required documents must be submitted for review at least seven days before a permit will be issued.
– Original Draft R1/1 (Registration and submission via e-Movement of Department of Livestock)
– Original Power of Attorney
– Photocopies of owner and attorney’s identification
– Original Company Certificate
– A photocopy of the carcass storage facility inspection certificate (TRS. 4)
– A photocopy of the animal carcass trading license (R.10)
– A photocopy of the pedigree certificate
2. To get an import license R7, the following documents are required on the day of animal arrival in Thailand:
– A photocopy of the import permit
– Original plus photocopy of the health certificate from the country or origin
– Photocopy of the airway bill
– Photocopy of the invoice
– A photocopy of the customs declaration form
