In order to export dogs/cats to the Philippines, the following lists are required:
- Passport of the exporter, hardcopy versions.
- Microchip implantation
- Your pets have to be over 4 months old
- Vaccination record/booklet with pets’ details, both original and hardcopy.
- The pets must be continuously rabies and combination vaccinated and the recent one is still valid until the departure date.
- In the case of primary vaccination, the pets should have been vaccinated more than 14 days prior to departure.
- Each vaccination must include all of the following information: (1) date of vaccination, (2) vaccine product information, and (3). veterinarian’s detail: full name, license number, and signature of a veterinarian who administered the vaccination.
**In case of any correction the veterinarian’s signature is required.**
- Import permit (contact the Philippines animal quarantine station)
- External and internal parasite protection treatments record/certificate:
- The pets must be treated by a veterinarian, the certification of the veterinarian is necessary as the vaccination record details above.
- The treatments must be valid until the date of departure.
- Other documents regarding import permit. (If any)
Please, bring all the required documents in both hardcopy and original versions with your pets to the Animal Quarantine Station for physical examination within 1-5 business days prior to the departure date without any reservation needed. We are open Monday-Friday (except Thai public holidays) 08:30 am – 12:00 pm and 01:00 pm – 03:30 pm.
All the processes here will take about 2-3 hours; we will provide you the official health certificate and the export permit. Please prepare 250 THB/pet and 10 THB/Shipment for a fee (Cash only).
