List of required documents for the importion of Horses, cattle, sheep, goats and pigs

1.  All required documents must be submitted for review at least seven days before a permit will be issued.

– Original Draft R1/1 (Registration and submission via e-Movement of Department of Livestock) 

– Original Power of Attorney

– Photocopies of owner and attorney’s identification

– Original Company Certificate

– A photocopy of the carcass storage facility inspection certificate (TRS. 4) 

– A photocopy of the animal carcass trading license (R.10)                     

2. Documents required on the day of animal carcass/meat arrival in Thailand

– A photocopy of the import permit

– Original plus photocopy of the health certificate from the country or origin

– Photocopy of the airway bill

– Photocopy of the invoice

– A photocopy of the customs declaration form
