List of required documents for the transit of animals and carcasses via the animal quarantine station at Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
1. To get a transit permit, all required documents must be submitted for review at least seven days before a permit will be issued.
– Original Draft R1/1 (Registration and submission via e-Movement of Department of Livestock)
– Original Power of Attorney
– Photocopies of owner and attorney’s identification
– Original Company Certificate
– A photocopy of the requisition
– A photocopy of import permit, the health certificate , CITES Permit
2. To get a transit license R8, the following documents are required on the day of animal arrival in Thailand.
– A photocopy of the import permit
– Photocopy of the health certificate from the country or origin
– Photocopy of the airway bill
– Photocopy of the invoice
– A photocopy of import permit, the health certificate , CITES Permit
Important Notes
– All documents may be submitted at the animal quarrantine station at Suvarnabhumi International Airport cargo handling area, designated by airport signage as the “free zone” in building CE1, room #1 on the first floor.
